Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Hospice Sales Liaison for Rossville, GA and surrounding areas. This field-based role requires hospice and/or home health sales experience, solid local market knowledge, and proven referral relationships to drive census growth.

The ideal candidate will build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners and other referral sources, manage accounts, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions into care.

Qualifications

• Hospice or home health sales experience required.
• Local market knowledge and referral relationships preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales or related experience.
• Strong ability to work independently in the field.
