Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in Broward County. You will support patients at home and in community settings, assisting with daily activities and comfort measures.

The role requires a Florida CNA license and BLS, with at least six months of healthcare experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable car are also needed to serve the designated territory.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months’ experience in hospital or healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction.
