Job summary

The Care Team Home Health & Hospice in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Facility Administrator to lead our growing hospice operation. You will oversee budgeting, staffing, regulatory compliance, and liaison activities with the Governing Body and community.

Responsibilities include ensuring clinical coverage during hours, maintaining patient safety standards, and driving timely reporting and documentation across the branch. Strong leadership and health-care regulatory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of management or supervisory experience in a health-related setting.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, Governing Body, and Medical Director.
• Must pass background checks and MVR; complete health statement and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Governing Body, staff, and community; organize and direct ongoing hospice functions.
• Ensure Clinical Manager coverage during operating hours; maintain compliance with laws and regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and personnel records; maintain accurate public information materials.
• Monitor branch KPI’s, billing, and infection control reports; ensure timely completion of reports.
