Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading facilities teams to deliver safe and compassionate care environments. The role requires strong collaboration with colleagues, knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, and experience managing maintenance programs in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Healthcare facilities management experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and facilities operations.
• Knowledge of safety, regulatory and environmental compliance in healthcare settings.
• Strong collaboration and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations to meet standards and organizational goals.
• Serve as primary contact for facility-related questions and changes.
• Provide responsive facilities support to patients, staff, and visitors.
• Continuously evaluate workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule.
