Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in home health, hospice, or related healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance programs.
• Proven track record of managing teams, budgets, and operational performance.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all home health and hospice services.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations, including CMS requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence and compassionate care.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
