Interim HealthCare Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Hospice Administrator RN to lead our home health team. You will oversee a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

Qualifications

RN license required.
College degree in nursing, health care or business.
Training and experience in healthcare administration.
Minimum five years progressive business experience with at least three years management in hospice or related health care.
Experience with financial statements and profitability responsibility.

Responsibilities

Oversee the branch's operations including clinical compliance, market development, and financial results.
Create an office environment that maintains positive morale and helps attain personal and business goals.
Ensure overall compliance with federal, state and local laws and Interim HealthCare policies.
Develop strategic plans for business development and growth of the operating office.
