Altus Hospice in Georgetown, TX seeks a self-driven Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer/Sales Representative) to build trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners, increasing census for our Georgetown service area. You’ll promote compassionate hospice care and serve as the face of Altus Hospice in the community.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree may be substituted with experience.
• Minimum 2 years sales/marketing in healthcare, hospice marketing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare staff and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers including physicians and healthcare partners.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services through regular outreach.
• Grow presence by promoting hospice as the provider of choice across the service area and meeting growth goals.
• Drive referral growth through visits with referring physicians, discharge planners, SNFs and social workers.
• Support patients and families by guiding initial conversations about hospice care and explaining services with empathy.
