Varco Hospice, LLC is seeking a Hospice Liaison in Houston, TX to build relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities. The role focuses on educating partners about hospice services and guiding referrals into Varco’s network.

The ideal candidate is experienced in healthcare sales or business development, with established Houston referrals. This field-based role offers regular hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a mission-driven team dedicated to compassionate

Qualificações

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Established healthcare referral relationships in the Houston market.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Professionalism, compassion, and a passion for helping others.

• Build lasting partnerships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities.
• Drive growth by expanding Varco's referral network throughout Houston.
• Be a trusted resource to educate partners on hospice services and end-of-life care.
• Make connections count by collaborating with clinical and admissions teams.
• Represent Varco at networking events and community outreach programs.
• Own your success by managing outreach activities and growth targets.
