Job summary

Continuum Care Hospice, LLC is seeking a Community Liaison to oversee marketing activities, build positive community relationships, and respond to customer needs in the Des Moines area. The role involves representing the organization at events and coordinating marketing initiatives with the Administrator.

The candidate should have strong communications and negotiation skills, with 3+ years in healthcare marketing, preferably hospice or home care, and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare marketing management, preferably hospice care.
• Able to market aggressively and engage with the community.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Shows autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation.
• Healthcare marketing experience, preferably hospice or home care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily marketing activities with Administrator to plan initiatives.
• Monitor resources according to budgetary limits.
• Perform market assessments and develop a marketing plan to meet budgets.
• Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to meet volume projections.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Enhance Continuum Care Hospice, LLC's image as a high-quality provider.
• Contribute to strategic planning by identifying new service opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, agencies, payers, referrals, and competitors.
• Share market knowledge with organization staff.
• Know community resources and assist customers in accessing them.
• Monitor and report cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• May perform other tasks as requested.
