Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• One to two years’ experience in hospice/palliative marketing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generates patient referrals through new and existing referral sources.
• Maintains regular communication with referral sources to ensure delivery of hospice services.
• Identifies opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
• Establishes and maintains relationships to improve community understanding of hospice.
• Develops and implements marketing plans designed to meet budget projections.
• Represents the company at events and meetings with professional networks.
