Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to promote hospice programs in an assigned territory. You will establish relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, discharge planners, and referral sources to enroll patients in hospice in a timely manner.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospice/palliative marketing and 80% travel. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a driver’s license is essential. You will work within a team that delivers compassionate, patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 1+ year of sales/marketing in healthcare.
• 1–2 years hospice/palliative marketing preferred.
• Field-based role requiring 80% travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate patient referrals through new and existing referral sources.
• Maintain regular communication with referral sources to ensure delivery of hospice services.
• Identify opportunities for additional or improved services.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to meet budget projections.
• Represent the company to community and healthcare partners.
