Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice in Missouri is seeking a Community Liaison to promote our hospice programs across hospitals, physicians, and community partners. You will build relationships with referral sources and patients, applying compassionate care and clear communication.

This field-based role requires travel up to 80% of the time within the assigned territory; you will develop and implement marketing plans, coordinate with care teams, and support admissions through proactive outreach and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• Minimum 1 year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• 1–2 years hospice marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Field-based role requiring 80% travel within the territory.
• Ability to market collaboratively with customers, referral sources, and the community.
• Valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle for regular out-of-office activity.
• Compliant with professional standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Generates referrals through new and existing sources.
• Provides regular communication with referral sources to ensure service delivery.
• Identifies opportunities for additional or improved services.
• Maintains relations to improve understanding of hospice programs.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to meet budget projections.
• Participates in meetings and team activities as needed.
