Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to promote hospice services and build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources. The role focuses on identifying admissions in the community and enrolling patients in hospice in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hospice marketing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role requiring 80% travel within the assigned geographic area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional experience may substitute.
• Minimum 1 year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• 1–2 years’ hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• Position is field based and requires 80% travel within assigned geographic area.
• Ability to market collaboratively with customers, referral sources, and the community.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; computer literate.

Responsabilités

• Promotes hospice program and services per policies and procedures.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and discharge planners.
• Identifies admissions in the community within assigned territory to enroll in hospice promptly.
