Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to promote hospice services across a defined territory. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referrals while driving admissions in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hospice marketing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and compliance with HIPAA and regulations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; substitution allowed for experience.
• 1 year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• 1–2 years hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• 80% travel within assigned geographic area.
• Ability to market with customers, referral sources, and the community.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; computer literate.
• Strong organizational, people and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Compliance with professional standards and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Generate referrals through new and existing sources.
• Maintain regular communication with referral sources.
• Identify opportunities for additional or improved services.
• Build relations to improve community understanding of hospice.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to meet projections.
• Participate in meetings and related activities as needed.
• Assist with admissions calls during evenings/weekends as required.
