RIM Recruitment Professionals is seeking a Community Liaison for Hospice Services in the San Jose area. This field-based role focuses on growing referral relationships and expanding access to end-of-life care through physician and healthcare partner engagement.

The position requires 2+ years in healthcare sales or marketing, with hospice or palliative care sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable experience will be considered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience required.
• Hospice or palliative care sales experience strongly preferred.
• Prior clinical background is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Establish and grow a network of referral sources across the San Jose service area.
• Lead initial conversations with patients and families about hospice care and explain services and care philosophy.
• Guide families through consent processes with empathy, respect and professionalism.
