Qualifications

• Hospice or Home Health sales experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in Hospice and/or Home Health sales.
• Local candidate with established referral sources.
• Proven and verifiable sales performance track record.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospice programs and services to physicians, hospitals, and community partners.
• Establish, develop, and maintain referral sources for hospice.
• Cover the San Jose area and surrounding communities.
• Operate independently to identify and pursue new referral relationships.
