Seaport Hospice is seeking a dynamic Community Liaison to drive referral growth, increase census, and build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other healthcare professionals in the North County San Diego area.

The role focuses on community outreach, hospice education, territory management, and developing new referral sources. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years in healthcare sales or hospice marketing are preferred, with commission-based earnings and a competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, business development, physician liaison, or hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to build referral relationships and drive patient census growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of hospice, home health, post-acute care, or healthcare services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other referral sources.
• Promote hospice services through regular sales calls and community outreach.
• Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Generate referrals and achieve census growth goals within territory.
• Represent the organization at healthcare events and networking opportunities.
