Job summary

NorthStar Home Hospice is seeking a Hospice Liaison & Community Marketing professional to join our Cincinnati team. You will be the face of the organization, building relationships that connect patients and families with exceptional end-of-life care.

Your role includes developing referral partnerships, educating healthcare professionals and the community about hospice services, and representing our team at local events to grow census and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare marketing, hospice, home health, or related medical sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Knowledge of the hospice industry, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and referral processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and other healthcare referral sources
• Educate healthcare professionals and the community about hospice services, eligibility, and benefits
• Conduct regular sales calls and outreach visits to referral partners across the Cincinnati area
• Represent NorthStar Home Hospice at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient referral and admission processes
• Track and report on marketing activity, referral trends, and territory growth metrics
• Develop and execute territory-specific marketing strategies to grow census and brand awareness
