Job summary

AnchorHealthLLC is seeking a Marketing/Community Education Liaison/Clinical Marketing Liaison to drive patient admissions to Hospice through targeted marketing and education with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, respite centers, physicians, and other community resources.

The role emphasizes building relationships, presenting to referral sources, and promoting hospice philosophy while maintaining patient privacy and dignity; requires Bachelor's degree and healthcare marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in marketing, preferably hospice or other healthcare environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to create own leads.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating new and maintaining existing relationships with physicians and other medical professionals, community and senior organizations, hospitals, appropriate special interest groups, discharge planners, nursing home professionals, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct calls and In-service presentations to potential referral sources.
• Participate in community and organizational programs, making presentations and joining as a member where appropriate, to promote Anchor Health services.
• Promote an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all patients.
• Promote positive public relations with patients, family members, and healthcare providers.
• Serve as a resource both internally and externally by supporting the mission and vision of the organization, particularly as it applies to palliative and end of life care.
