• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, business development, physician liaison, or hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to build referral relationships and drive patient census growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Seaport Hospice is seeking a dynamic Community Liaison to drive referral growth, increase census, and build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals. This healthcare sales role focuses on community outreach, hospice education, territory management, and developing new referral sources.

• Promote hospice services through regular sales calls, networking, and community outreach.

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, business development, physician liaison, or hospice marketing experience preferred.

• Proven ability to build referral relationships and drive patient census growth.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

• Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Knowledge of hospice, home health, post‑acute care, or healthcare services preferred.
