Job summary

Sanctuary Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to promote our hospice services in the Cleveland area, building trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners. The role focuses on growing census by increasing awareness and preference for hospice care while representing our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; experience may substitute educational requirement.
• Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing in healthcare required; hospice/palliative marketing preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to improve collaboration.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services through outreach.
• Grow presence by positioning Sanctuary Hospice across service area.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Support patients and families during critical moments by guiding conversations about hospice care with empathy.
