Job summary

Sanctuary Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to cover the Cincinnati area. You will build trust-based relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners, driving census growth by raising awareness of hospice services.

The role is pivotal in representing Sanctuary Hospice with compassion and professionalism in the community. The position requires strong communication skills, a healthcare sales background, and the ability to travel to referral sources and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; other experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare required.
• Skilled at establishing/maintaining relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to strengthen collaboration with the medical community.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services through regular outreach and patient-centered conversations.
• Drive census growth by increasing awareness and preference for Sanctuary Hospice in the service area.
• Grow referral sources via visits with physicians, hospital discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Explain hospice services with empathy and help families access compassionate care.
