Job summary

Sanctuary Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to serve the Westchester area. You will build trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to promote hospice services and access to compassionate care.

As the face of Sanctuary Hospice, you will champion our mission, drive census growth, and engage families with empathy. Requires healthcare sales/marketing experience and a passion for end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• At least 2 years in healthcare sales/marketing; hospice marketing exp preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with physicians, staff, and accounts.
• Willing to drive with reliable transportation and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (physicians, partners) to build trust.
• Conduct outreach to promote hospice services and quality care.
• Grow census by increasing awareness and preference for hospice within the service area.
• Drive referral growth via visits with physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, etc.
• Lead initial conversations about hospice care and obtain informed consent with empathy.
