Sanctuary Hospice in Cincinnati seeks a self-driven Community Liaison to promote our hospice services and build trusted relationships with referral sources, physicians and healthcare partners. As the face of Sanctuary Hospice, you will drive census growth by increasing awareness and preference for our care, while delivering compassionate, patient-centered outreach.

This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and a supportive team focused on growth within the Cincinnati

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• Minimum 2 years sales/marketing in healthcare required.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Advocate for our hospice services through outreach.
• Grow presence in the service area and meet census goals.
• Drive referrals via regular visits to physicians and care facilities.
• Support patients and families by guiding conversations about hospice care.
