Job summary

Continuum Hospice & Palliative Care Massachusetts is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer/Sales Representative) to serve the Boston & South Shore area. You will build trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to increase awareness of hospice services and drive census growth.

The role emphasizes compassionate representation of our mission, ensuring patients and families access quality end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional experience may substitute for the educational requirement.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff to ensure understanding of Hospice services.
• Experience generating and maintaining relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
• Prior clinical experience is a plus.
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to strengthen collaboration.
• Advocate for hospice services through regular outreach.
• Grow presence by positioning Continuum Hospice as the provider of choice across the service area.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other professionals.
• Lead initial conversations about hospice care and facilitate consent with empathy.
