Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a CNA Hospice Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on care for patients in the Boston area. You will support families during end-of-life care and work with the hospice team to follow each patient’s care plan.

Key duties include assisting with daily living activities, meals, and homemaking while documenting changes for the care team. Valid CNA and CPR certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and CPR certification are required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and liability insurance.
• Preferred CNA experience within the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Assists with ambulation, transfers, ROM and positioning.
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals and assists with feeding.
• Performs homemaking and environmental services as assigned.
• Observes and documents changes in patient status and reports to nurse.
