Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Observes, reports, and documents changes in patient status to the primary nurse.
• Assists with personal care tasks, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals and assists with feeding as assigned.
• Performs homemaking and environmental tasks as needed.
• Assists with prescribed exercises and basic tests as instructed by nurse or therapist.
