Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and liability insurance.
• Current CNA certification/registration.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Assists with ambulation, transfers, ROM, positioning, and light housekeeping.
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals and assists with feeding.
• Performs homemaking and environmental services as assigned.
• Observes and reports changes in patient status and follows nurse instructions.
• Assists with prescribed exercises as instructed by nurse or therapist.
• Performs and records simple urine tests for sugar, acetone, and albumin.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
