Job summary

Cadre Family Companies in Ohio seeks a Director of Clinical Services to provide clinical leadership across the hospice program, oversee admissions and care planning, and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state where the position is located.
• Two years of recent clinical experience in a hospice or palliative care setting.
• At least six months of hospice management/clinical leadership experience.
• Experience managing patient care programs in new-start environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical operations of the hospice program.
• Provide leadership and direction across all clinical aspects of the hospice program.
• Oversee patient admissions and care planning.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality hospice care with compassion and empathy.
• Help establish and maintain strong clinical processes within a new-start hospice environment.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, aides, and volunteers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality across the clinical program.
