Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum of one year of leadership or management experience in a hospice or home health setting.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the hospice agency.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing, patient-centered culture.
• Partner with organizational leadership to achieve agency goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
• Oversee agency budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Build community partnerships with referral sources, physicians, hospitals, and elder care communities.
