Job summary

Cadre Family Companies is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to provide clinical leadership across the hospice program, oversee patient admissions and care planning, and support interdisciplinary team coordination in a new-start environment.

The DCS will lead, develop, and retain our clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance and quality, and deliver compassionate, high-quality hospice care while maintaining a culture that puts people first.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state where the position is located.
• Two years of recent hospice or palliative care clinical experience.
• At least six months of hospice management or clinical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across the hospice program.
• Oversee patient admissions and care planning.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team collaboration.
