Cadre Family Companies, Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care, is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services (RN) to lead our local hospice team and ensure exceptional patient and family care. You will work with nurses, aides, social workers, and chaplains, provide leadership, coordinate care, and support across departments while upholding our mission to put people first.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Georgia.
• Two years of hospice or palliative care experience.
• At least six months in hospice management or clinical leadership.
• Valid driver's license and reliable auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to interdisciplinary hospice teams.
• Oversee patient assessments, care planning, and evaluations.
• Support operations and collaborate across departments to ensure quality care.
• Recruit, train, and retain hospice professionals.
• Maintain high-quality patient care and outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and facilities served by Inspire.
