Qualifications

• Minimum three years healthcare leadership experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with tact, diplomacy and authority.

Responsibilities

• Promotes referrals and business development.
• Coordinating plans with Business Development for growth and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Facilitates continuous improvement and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Provides inspiring leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Hires, supports and retains high performing staff.
• Manages staff delegation and professional development.
• Keeps current with professional knowledge and skills.
• Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
