Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state preferred.
• Prior healthcare management or clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and support clinical and administrative personnel.
• Knowledge of budgeting, census management, and cost control.
• Understanding of Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the local hospice office and services.
• Establish goals aligned with organizational standards and mission.
• Prepare reports, attend stand-up and A/R meetings, maintain attendance.
• Promote communication across hospice disciplines to support continuity of care.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered hospice care compliant with regulations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation within budget.
• Lead recruitment, supervision, evaluations, and professional development.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Serve as Administrator On-Call and participate in on-call coverage.
