Job summary

Ethos in Fargo, ND is seeking a Manager of Hospice Clinical Operations to lead a compassionate team delivering patient-centered care. You’ll oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive whole-person care across services.

You will supervise the IDT and field staff, coordinate referrals and admissions, and collaborate with Quality, Training & HR to improve outcomes and CAHPS scores. RN licensure in MN or ND is required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in MN or ND (required).
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical operations ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Supervise field and office staff and monitor performance to meet benchmarks.
• Coordinate referrals, admissions, and Face-to-Face visits with timely documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training & Education, and Human Resources to improve outcomes.
