Job summary

HIA Health in Fargo, ND seeks an Intake Team Supervisor (RN) to provide clinical and operational leadership for the intake team, ensuring timely, patient-centered intake across referrals and smooth transitions into hospice and inpatient services.

You will lead staffing, develop onboarding, and coach staff on referral triage, documentation, and communication standards while collaborating with Admissions and clinical operations to improve access, response times, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license in MN/ND is required or active
• ADN or BSN degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or hospice setting with progressive responsibility

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the Intake Team and manage daily workflow continuity.
• Oversee referral management, follow-up, and accurate disposition of referrals.
• Educate and coach intake staff on processes, triage, and communication standards.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Clinical Operations to align intake with admissions workflows.
