Job summary

• Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide admission services to potential patients and families.
• Perform initial patient admission and physical assessment for all admissions.
• Identify initial medication and equipment needs and complete the initial plan of care.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth admission process.
