Job summary

BEK Care LLC in Fargo, ND is seeking a Manager of Hospice Clinical Operations to lead a compassionate team delivering patient-centered care. You will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensure compliance with policies, billing standards, and state and federal regulations, and coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team.

Responsibilities include supervising field and office staff, managing referrals and admissions, collaborating with Quality, Training, and HR to improve CAHPS and PEPPER

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota or North Dakota is required.
• Minimum of 1 year hospice experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical operations and supervise field and office staff.
• Oversee referrals, admissions, and Face-to-Face visits with timely documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Compliance, Training, and HR to improve CAHPS and PEPPER scores and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain communication with Hospice Medical Director and physicians regarding admissions and updates.
