HIA Hospice in Fargo, ND is seeking a dedicated Hospice Staff RN/Case Manager to provide comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary team. This full-time role will operate from the Fargo office, serving surrounding communities and ensuring care aligned with our mission.

The position requires an RN degree with ND/MN licensure, strong communication skills and flexibility in scheduling; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN degree required; state licensure in ND and MN.
• Strong interpersonal communication, counseling and teaching skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling; team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with IDG.
• Admissions, physical assessments, symptom management and emotional support.
• Care approved by primary physicians or hospice medical director; based out of Fargo.
