Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice seeks a Director of Clinical Operations to provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight across the agency. You will align patient-centered care with regulatory compliance, optimize staffing, and drive performance improvements.

You will work with the SDCO, HMD, AVPO, and regional leaders to ensure high-quality hospice services. You will mentor clinical teams, oversee IDG meetings, and ensure readiness for surveys and accreditations while maintaining financial performance

Qualifications

BSN required.
Active RN license.
2+ years clinical management or supervisory experience in hospice or home health.
Masters preferred in Nursing Administration or related field.
Strong knowledge of hospice philosophy, end-of-life care, and symptom management.
Experience with IDG teams.
Proficiency with EMR systems; Homecare Homebase preferred.
Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and accrediting bodies.

Responsibilities

Direct overall clinical operations of assigned teams, ensuring standardization and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality care.
Lead IDG meetings and ensure timely, thorough care coordination and documentation.
Monitor KPIs, drive QA/QI initiatives, and ensure survey readiness and regulatory adherence.
Oversee budget, staffing, and resource allocation to balance patient needs and financial goals.
Collaborate with medical leadership, operations, and admin to foster accountability and professional growth.
