Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive management and leadership experience in home health, hospice, geriatrics, or related healthcare environment.
• 5–10 years of hospice leadership, administration, regulatory compliance, or care management.
• Budget development, financial management, productivity, and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles, regulatory requirements, and home health/hospice operations.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, motivate, and develop teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for hospice clinical services across locations and levels of care.
• Direct and develop clinical leaders for nursing, social work, hospice aides, spiritual care, bereavement, and volunteer services.
• Ensure safe, timely, coordinated, person-centered care aligned with care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee admissions, assessments, recertifications, transfers, discharges, and complex patient escalations.
• Monitor census, patient acuity, staffing, productivity, and service delivery performance.
• Lead quality, compliance, risk management, and survey readiness to meet standards.
