Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice in Georgia seeks a Director of Clinical Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for hospice care across the agency. The role aligns patient-centered care with regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and staff development.

You will supervise clinical and non-clinical teams, optimize staffing, ensure survey readiness, and drive performance improvement while partnering with medical leadership and regional executives.

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN license active.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical management or supervisory role in hospice/home health.
• Strong knowledge of hospice philosophy and end-of-life care.
• Experience leading IDG teams and care coordination.
• Proficient in EMR systems and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, social workers, chaplains, and IDG members.
• Lead QAPI programs and performance improvement projects.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing models, and productivity.
• Ensure survey readiness and accreditation compliance.
