Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to provide strategic leadership across the agency. This role aligns patient-centered care with regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and staff development.

You will oversee clinical and non-clinical teams, optimize staffing, ensure survey readiness, and drive quality improvement. Strong RN leadership, EMR proficiency, and budget management are essential for success in a growing hospice network.

Qualifications

BSN required; RN license.
2+ years of clinical management or supervisory experience in hospice or home health.
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and accrediting body standards (ACHC, CHAP, Joint Commission).
Proficient in EMR systems; Homecare Homebase preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct the overall clinical operations of the assigned team(s) ensuring standardization of processes, outcomes, and compliance.
Lead and facilitate IDG meetings, QA/QAPI programs, and performance improvement projects.
Audit clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance; address deficiencies with Compliance.
Promote collaboration among physicians, nurses, social workers, and staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
Monitor and control staffing, labor spend, and productivity; manage budget adherence.
