Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice seeks a Director of Clinical Operations to provide strategic leadership, oversee clinical and non-clinical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service quality across the agency in partnership with senior leaders. This role will align patient-centered care with standards and financial goals while fostering a culture of accountability.

The position requires a BSN and an active RN license, plus a minimum of 2 years in hospice/home health management, with EMR

Qualifications

• BSN required; master’s in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
• Current RN license and active practice.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical management or supervisory hospice/home health experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall clinical operations of the assigned team, ensuring compliance and high-quality care.
• Supervise RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, SW, Chaplains, TM, and IDG members.
• Lead IDG meetings and coordinate care across teams.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure survey readiness and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee budgets, staffing models, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Foster accountability, professional growth, and engagement across staff.
