Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Director Clinical Services (RN) to supervise patient and family care per the plan of care, lead the Interdisciplinary Team, and ensure regulatory compliance across operations. This role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and EMR oversight within a compassionate, patient-centered team.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure in the employment state, 3+ years in healthcare (hospice preferred), and BSN is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license required in the state of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; BSN a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient and family care as specified by the plan of care; ensure continuity and quality.
• Oversee Interdisciplinary Team (IDT); manage scheduling, mentoring, and timekeeping.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and agency policies.
• Attend and/or lead IDT meetings and coordinate with Medical Director.
• Oversee EMR documentation workflow as needed.
