• Experience coordinating clinical teams and daily operations in a healthcare setting.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead, mentor staff and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight & Patient Care in hospice services.
• Morning Meeting Support, census reviews, staffing checks and safety concerns.
• Coordinate tasks, assign visits, email task lists to field staff and Reception.
• Support IDG meetings with materials, updates, and goal tracking.
• Transfer coordination and ensuring orders, communication, and transport steps.
• Monitor Level of Care, documentation, and compliance records.
• HR, payroll, onboarding, and staff education coordination.
• Audit documentation timeliness and accuracy, and approve timesheets.
• Maintain professional standards and relationship with facilities.
