Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Pennsylvania (required).
• Bachelor's in Nursing or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within hospice or home care.
• Strong administrative skills and knowledge of hospice regulations, quality standards, and Medicare guidelines.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate policies and programs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient care operations across hospice services.
• Supervise and support field staff and interdisciplinary team members.
• Partner with HR and leadership to ensure staffing, retention, and team performance.
• Collaborate with QAPI and compliance teams to meet regulatory standards.
• Contribute to policy development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support orientation/training efforts.
