Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice RN Clinical Coordinator to oversee administrative and clinical functions in the absence of the Director of Clinical Services. May carry a patient caseload depending on census. Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and agency policies.

The role involves mentoring new staff, coordinating with DCS and ACO, managing medication orders, and supporting the care delivery and documentation processes to maintain quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• One year hospice experience required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive working relationships between team members, program leadership, and external partners.
• Attends staff meetings, educational programs and community events as requested.
• Provides coverage for DCS and participates in Interdisciplinary Team meetings.
