Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license required.
• One year of hospice experience required.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and management functions for hospice operations.
• May carry caseload aligning with patient census.
• Assist with Interdisciplinary Team meetings and DCS/ACO coordination.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and agency policies.
• Provide after-hours coverage and admissions support as needed.
