Job summary

Care Initiatives Hospice is seeking a Clinical Manager - RN to lead patient-centered hospice care across home, long-term care, and hospital settings. You will oversee clinical operations, ensuring compassionate, comprehensive care that honors patients' wishes and supports families.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and hospice or palliative care experience, with leadership experience and CHPN preferred or obtainable within 24 months.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state(s) you operate.
• Active CPR certification.
• Hospice or palliative care experience.
• At least one year in a leadership or charge nurse position or equivalent.
• Two years of recent clinical experience in hospice, oncology, home health or public health nursing; hospice experience preferred.
• Home access to the internet.
• Hospice and Palliative RN Certification (CHPN) preferred, or ability to obtain within 24 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Meet patients and families where they feel most comfortable; provide comprehensive hospice care.
• Collaborate with family members and caregivers to tailor care plans to individual needs.
• Lead and support nursing staff to deliver compassionate, dignified care.
• Promote holistic care addressing physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
